Hello. How are you doing?

I made two orders on Ali in the beginning of January. Both sellers shipped items through China Post Registered Mail and they travelled across China for few weeks and stuck in Urumqi. Are they still here? Will my parcels be able to pass borders? Our country closed all railways and flights connections with China few days ago in order to prevent the virus spreading.

My trackings are RP874354886CN and RV310641143CN.

Should I wait or open a dispute and ask for a refund? Thanks!

RP874354886CN and RV310641143CN are in Urumqi waiting for export processing . Now China has coronavirus outbreak, government requires companies to close until Feb 10. You might need wait two to four more weeks to get your order.
