Post Parcel stuck in customs

Hello,

My really small parcel has been stuck in customs for approx 2 weeks now. I don't really understand what the issue is, since it's a small package and I have filled all the customs declarations etc. The recipient's address and phone number are there in both English and Chinese. What could be taking so long? Tracking number is CY733524177DE. Thanks

CY733524177DE is in China Post Shenzhen office waiting for customs clearance. If you have written the recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel, he should have received a message from China Post which will guide him to do online customs clearance. If recipient has not received the parcel, please ask him to call 11185 or 11183 to get the customs clearance passcode. He can use the code to do customs clearance.
