My parcel is processed by customs in Shanghai since May 28th. I have received no information regarding the reason or who to contact. What should I do?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY284047478DE shows the parcel is still in Shanghai customs since May 28. Please ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pay duty and pickup the parcel from China Post Shanghai office.
