Hi, I wanted an update on my package. Package has been in New York airport since July 13th, 2020. I realize R parcel is low priority, but it has been 3 months and it is still in the New York airport. How much longer until USPS receives the package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV438464446CN shows the parcel arrived New York on Jul 13 but USPS does not have any arriving record. This is bad news. Based on our experience, it was lost in New York airport.

You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
