Post Parcel remains in customs

My parcel stays in the customs over two months and does not reach the final adress. Is there any help to get it forwarded to the recipient? What is the reason that it stays over two months in the customs?

is it a return parcel to China for refund? Are you sure that the recipient really wants to accept the parcel?

To get it forwarded, you’ll need to contact the destination country’s customs office or the local postal carrier directly, as they are the only ones who can release it.
