It's not normal that for 90 days there has been no trace as if he was lost or that he was stolen.

There is no update for your package since Mar.16. There is high probability your package might have been lost. It is wise for you to open dispute to claim refund.

Thank you for your reply.

I have already opened a dispute for more than 30 days, but aliexpress tells me to wait 10 days, and another 10 days. without ever refunding. Yet the evidence is there.
