Hello, I ordered a very small, insignificant piece of decor months ago and it still hasn't arrived. My husband has ordered two other packages from China in the last month and they have already arrived, so clearly it isn't just a quarantining issue. Based on the tracking info., it keeps getting passed back and forth between sorting centers and I can not fathom why. Also, Canada Post keeps getting informed on their end that it is about to be shipped and then it never comes. As recently as yesterday they got a notice that it would be coming, but I am not sure that that means anything at this point.
Will I ever get my package? Should I contact the seller and get them to try again with a different shipment and just collect the original from your center. This is getting very frustrating. Including list of the package's history of traveling the countryside and false promises to come to Canada.

I have ordered miniatures from China before and never had a problem. Why would this package be any different. I would simply get my money back, except: 1) Ii would REALLY like to have that item. I have a specific purpose in mind for it. 2) I want to understand what the problem with this particular package is, so that I can possibly avoid the same thing happening in the future.
