Hi I placed an order on 10th January 2020 and was sent a confirmation email and tracking number. The tracking has not been updated recently so I'm unsure if this is a scam or not?

LL957346012CN was rejected by Wuhan airport safety checkpoint. You will not get this parcel in future. Please open dispute to seller for refund.
