I had notice that my parcel was shipped 08/12/19 and have never received- tracking #LO606087845CN. My credit card was charged but received no goods

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO606087845CN shows No shipping record. Your seller never actually ship anything to you. You are scammed.

if you paid with paypal, you need open dispute or call your credit card company immediately against fraud and claim refund.
