Hello, I have had a parcel LX033879587CN which has been in Guangzhou from 13th March. Could you please tell me when i will receive this item. I am in Australia. Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LX033879587CN was shipped from Guangzhou to Australia on Mar 13. It is still in Guangzhou airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Australia. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Many parcel are experiencing serious delay.

After parcel arrives Australia,Australia Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
