Hi, I have tried calling the international customer service number, but it is in Chinese and no English

Tracking number RH080663955GB says delivery was attempted and instructions left on how to get the package delivered, however there were a team of people there at the stated time of attemted delivery and they have confirmed nothing arrived.

Please can you let me know how I arrange delivery? We are located in South Africa

RH080663955GB has nothing to do with China post. it is UK Post(royal mail) which goes to South Africa.

South Africa Post website shows the parcel arrived Post office in HONEYDEW on Oct 28. You need go to that post office to pickup the parcel asap.
