I ordered a parcel on the 24/09/19 and the tracking number is LO232812448CN whenever I search this it says order jot found , can I get any help

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO232812448CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
