Hello, i need to retain a parcel with number RP667131596CN since it wasnt delivered to my adress and i didnt got any notification. I need to get it ASAP before gets out of my country

Portugal Post(PTT) website shows the parcel arrived post office in QUELUZ but failed delivery (none pickup the parcel). So it was returned to China on Aug 28.

Please call PTT to stop the return and try to pickup the parcel. If PTT can not stop the return, you need contact seller to re-ship the goods to you.
