We have a tracking number LZ222836056CN that states deliver was on 19/8/2020. I have not received this item. Please give delivery company details so I can ring them regarding this item. If there is any thing else you can do, please let me know.

Australia Post website shows LZ222836056CN was delivered by AusPost office in STRATHDALE VIC, Delivered on Aug 19. Are you in STRATHDALE VIC area?
