Have I been scammed ? Tracking shows nothing since leaving China on 29/7. Paid for 7 day delivery.

LL622457142CN was shipped on Jul 29 from Jinhua(Yiwu). It is not scam. Normally such ePacket will take 10 to 20 business days to reach Australia. 7 days delivery is impossible. Your seller made misleading promise. You should file dispute for compensation.
