Good morning,
My parcel no. CP305990035PL has been in customs since August 14, 2025.
Unfortunately, I have no information about the status of the shipment.
Please help me clarify this matter. What can I do to ensure the shipment reaches its intended recipient?

CP305990035PL arrived at Guangzhou over one month. The recipient has never made customs clearance. Did you write recipient's cell phone number in the parcel? If yes, the recipient should have a text notice from China Post to make online customs clearance.

The package likely didn't include a phone number.
I'll ask the recipient to contact you, or I'll send the recipient's phone number.

You need to ask recipient call 11185 , the will guide him to make customs clearance
