Hello.
I was told to contact you about my parcel being delivered by China post. I ordered 2 clothing pieces online and I received a mail about my parcel being “abnormal”. What is the reason for this?

shipping method: GJEUBGD,
tracking site: http://www.1tracking.net/ shipping date: November 15, 2019 13:58:49,estimated time: Dec 6, 2019 - Dec 20, 2019,

If there is some information lacking about the delivery address please let me know as soon as possible as I would like to receive my parcel within the 8. Of December.

LO460630163CN was keeping rejected by airport safety check points. China Post sent it to Guangzhou airport again on Nov 21. It seems the parcel has passed the scan(no more update about reject).

I suggest you wait 2 more weeks. If you can not get it by Dec 10, you need open dispute for non-arrival order refund.
