Hello, this is actually my first time using china post small packet plus tracking UW631523445CN, is this normal for my tracking not updating for 8 days? is it still in china? Thank you for your time!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UW631523445CN shows the parcel was received by China Post on Aug.28, the latest update is Departure from Regional Sorting Center on Aug.31,it is in the normal processing, it is still in China now, please wait patiently.
