Hi all
my parcel is RG964318312CN and it's not updated from last 12 days.
on china post tracking says "airline departue" but india post says not received yet.
can anyone please take a look into this.

after airline departure, parcel still needs about 2 to 6 weeks to reach India as sorting, waiting and customs clearance will take a lot of time.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RG964318312CN shows the parcel was shipped on Nov 24. You might need wait another 2 to 5 weeks to get it in India.
