Please provide update on estimated time of arrival; last I can see on site is March 27th. Received a phone call today but person was speaking Chinese(?) and we couldn't understand - assuming it might be related to our package. Please advise, in English please.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO923914173CN was shipped from China to Canada on Mar 28. It is still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Canada. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives Canada, canadapost.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
