Hi,

China post tracking shows this parcel as

1/29/2026 8:35 AM Item presented to import Customs XIAMEN

for the last month. It is some shirts I am returning to the sender in Xiamen and it was marked as returned items

I tried calling both numbers on the site from where I live in Australia and it says they are not available.

How can I get this released if there is no way to contact customs ?

1) LK263936249AU arrived in xiamen on Jan 30. It is still waiting recipient to make customs declaration.
2)Only recipient can make customs clearance. Shipper can not contact China Post from oversea.
3)Make sure recipient really want to accept the parcel. If yes, ask recipient to call 11185 and guide them to make customs declaration.
2)Often, the recipient is unwilling to accept the package or fulfill the customs declaration requirements. Some dishonest sellers deliberately refuse to clear customs as a tactic to avoid receiving returns and issuing refunds.

They frequently provide various false excuses, such as claiming they never received a customs notification from China Post or 11185 can not be connected blah blah. If this is the case, it is fundamentally no longer a customs or logistics issue, but rather a matter of integrity.

You should contact the marketplace directly to file a formal complaint.
