Post Parcel left China yet?

Tracking number CP383178090CN says that it cleared export customs on December 10th, 2018, but I have not seen anything since then on the tracking information. It should be transferred over to USPS upon arriving in the US and they show that they have not received it. It has been almost a month and I still don't know where my package is. Please help and ship it as soon as possible.

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel. Normally it will arrive US in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.
