how long does it take for a parcel to leave Langley?
mine is stark for two weeks now,
my patient is reaching boiling point
tracking number: UT502011954CN

whom should i contact?

UT502011954CN is china post ordinary parcel which has very low priority to be handled by Royal Mail. Royal Mail processing time for such parcel is difficult to predict, from 1 week to 5 weeks all possible depending on your luck. Please be patient.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend protection or open dispute for refund.

i don't think Royal Mail can give you any useful update. They does not scan such cheap parcel and therefore do not know any data about it either. You can not do anything except waiting.
