Hi, I ordered some diamond art on 31/3/20 and it still hasn’t arrived.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX088085272CN shows your parcel was just shipped from China to Uk April 11. It is still in Shanghai airport.

Right now Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airlines from China to Uk . China Post has no shipping space to send so many parcels. Your parcel is still waiting in warehouse, not sure when they can get shipping space from airline. Please wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives Uk . royal mail website will show arrival information.
