Hello,

I hope everyone is staying safe, my parcel doesn't seem to have moved and it's been about two months.

LA976958009CN

Is this lost or has it been delayed due to coronavirus?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LA976958009CN was shipped from China to UK on mar 2. It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to UK. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives UK, Royalmail website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
