I placed an order in March, but have not received it. It dispatched from sorting facility on March 21, but nothing has updated since. My tracking number LS266449736CN. Is there an update?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS266449736CN shows your parcel was sent to Xiamen airport on Mar 21. it is still waiting for flight from china to USA.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to USA is about 50 days. your parcel seems to be slower than average and have more than 40% chance to be lost.

Once parcel arrives USA, http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php will tell you arrival info in USA.

If you can not see arrival info by Jun 15, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
