http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EA377574763CN shows the parcel was delayed in China. It is still in Changsha airport waiting for flight space to France.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Europe. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from China. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller
