Parcel: EV925577385CN
Hi! My parcel is stuck for a week in Zhengzhou, the status is 'delivered to air transport'. Since then, I do not receive any updates. I need my parcel by the end of the month to be delivered to the UK, so it is quite urgent.
Could you please investigate this?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel was sent to Zhengzhou airport on May 10. It is still there waiting for flight space to UK.

Coronavirus has cancelled most of airlines from China. Waiting time can take 3 to 6 weeks. You only have less than 50% chance to get it by end of May.
