Hi my parcel ref LO978232537CN has been stuck at Chinese Airport now since 22/4 , when can I expect this item to be released and leave China
Seems like a very long details it left the sender at the end of March

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO978232537CN was shipped from Qingdao to UK on April 11. It was sent to Jinan airport on April 22. It is still in Jinan airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to UK. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives UK, Royal Mail website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
