Is something wrong with my parcel or have the customs a delay, my parcel in in Suzhou since Friday 22 may and no clearance, number CY916151025DE

Please can you inform me about parcel CY900336287DE to Jiangyin, there is no move in transit for seven days

CY916151025DE is in Suzhou customs. Please call ChinaPost hotline 11183 to pickup the parcel.
