the package with the tracking number CY293471668DE is still in the inward office of exchange since approx 8 eight weeks.
What can I do?

CY293471668DE arrived in Guangzhou on Aug 23. It is still held in the customs because the recipient has not made customs declaration.
Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
