Dear Sir or Madam.

My parcel ist still on tour and presented to customs. I did not receive an invoice for my order which I returned via post to China. What is the matter? Please refund my parcel.

The item arrived in China over one month ago. please ask recipient call 0574-87898537. They will guide him to make customs clearance and pickup the item if it is not too late.
