Hi, my parcel was cancelled and i wanted to know how i can resolve the issue because i cannot visit the china post website. I believe the parcel was denied by import customs at the country of delivery and sent back to the sender, please help ive been waiting for this package for so long. The tracking number is EB857364296CN. “4/18/2026 4:26 PM Posting/Collection 516008
4/18/2026 11:01 PM Item presented to export Customs/Security GZSGJHHJ
4/19/2026 1:02 AM Item returned from export Customs/Security GZSGJHHJ

EB857364296CN was rejected by US customs. It was returned to China on May 1st and received by shipper on May 19.

You need to ask shipper to re-ship the goods. The item is in shipper's hand.

I purchased on a different website. They have not told me anything about my package, should i tell them to re ship or should i tell china post? China post is my carrier.

The parcel is in the shipper's home, not in China Post. So you need ask shipper to ship the goods again.
