Dear,
my parcel was sent 4 weeks ago from Poland to China, left Poland on 08.11.2018 it still says "No tracking information is available from CHINA".

Could you tell me where is my parcel now and when I'm going to get it?

China Post system has no record of CP216033435PL, it has not arrived China Post system yet. Normally from Poland to China can take about 3 to 8 weeks. you need wait some more time.
