aus welchem Grund wird das Paket im Zollbüro zurückgehalten und was kann ich tun, damit es ausgeliefert wird?

CY735174195DE arrived in Guangzhou on July 9 but the recipient has not made customs clearance.

Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关APP to make customs declaration online.
