I purchased a stainless steel dish rack for order #FOR31680. I paid $30.88 for express shipping plus the price of the item. With the pandemic, understandably there could have been a mild delay. However, its been much longer thab the 7 to 12 days that was quoted . The purchase was made on April 23rd. I tried to track this order using this tracking number LY171299965CN but there's no update.

I bought this for my wife as a gift because she's been wanting one for a while, so any help that you may be able to provide would be appreciated. I just want to make sure more than anything that I wasn't scammed by this seller.

LY171299965CN was sent to Shanghai airport on May 3rd. It is still there waiting for flight to USA.

Now coronavirus crisis has seriously delayed shipment time to USA. our latest report shows average waiting time to USA is 50 days, you need some patiency.

Once parcel arrives USA, http://www.usps.com will show arrival info.
