CP299830240PL arrived in Putian on Aug 29. It is waiting for recipient to make import customs clearance.

Czyli odbiorca ma po nią podjechać? Czy czekamy na kuriera, aż zabierze ją do odbiorcy?

1)Recipient must make customs clearance online , otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
2)Only recipient can make customs clearance. China government needs a person in China to be responsible for the import items(to avoid drug, pirate item import)
3)If the shipper printed the recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel, the recipient will get a customs clearance code by text message. He/she can use the code to do customs declaration online with personal ID.
4)If the shipper didn't print recipient's mobile phone number, it will be very difficult to make customs clearance and delivery. In this case, recipient might need call 11183 and see if they can allow him to go to local post office to make customs clearance and pickup the parcel in person.
