hi guys

i have ordered a headphone from aliexpress via china post small packet service

trackin no UN607344948CN

since 30th nov there is no change in the status and it shows

2018-11-30 07:57
Leave the "Shenzhen Center", The next stop "Shenzhen Exchange Bureau"

after this there is no entry, is the packet lost or stuck in customs?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UN607344948CN shows the parcel was shipped on Nov 30.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
