the parcel CR901957781DE is still waiting for recipient to make import customs clearance. Did you write the recipient's mobile number in the parcel? It seems that recipient didn't get notification to make customs clearance. If this is the case, recipient needs to call customs phone number 0574-87898537 .

Another possibility is that the receiver does not want to make customs clearance and accept the parcel. This often happens when parcel is a return for refund. Bad seller often plays such game.
