Has China Post stopped operations in Wuhan? A lot of my packages are stuck there. For example http://t.track-chinapost.com/en#nums=LO709153073CN

Wuhan is still quarantined. China Post has some operation there, but most of them are dealing with medical devices, masks shipment. Regular items processing are still pending and delay. You need wait some more time.
