Hello. I ordered a package April 24th and it says it was on a plane to Canada on April 30th and has not updated since then to this date. Reached out to company I ordered from and they can’t get any further information on where it is currently or when it’s expected to arrive. Can someone please tell me where it is, what’s going on and when I can expect it? My mother ordered from the same company and is not far from me and got hers in 30 days. Been over that and as far as I know it isn’t even in Canada so I’m concerned it’s been lost or something.

LZ045709829CN is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight to Canada. Average waiting time to Canada is about 2 months, you might need wait some more time.
