Can you please tell me why my package is not moving on tracking. The tracking number is LS299292735CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your seller shipped LS299292735CN on April 11. It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space to USA.

Covid-19 has cancelled most of the airlines from China to USA, many parcels shipped in February are still in China, you might wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Are packages still being shipped, just slower or have the stopped being shipped all together? If stopped, when will things start back shipping?

China post are still shipping package to oversea. The parcels are just much slower than normal season.
