Hello I purchased something online and was given the tracking number EA320837480CN with the last location update being on 11/30. It has been 20 days without an update and I am beginning to wonder if the package is still coming.

EA320837480CN is EMS which should arrive US in 2 to 3 weeks. The parcel should be seriously delayed or lost.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by end of Dec, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
