My tracking number is RB943971444SG and the last update says "Hand over to airline, Hong Kong" but hong kong post said they never received it. I believe it was coming from Shenzhen. Please help find where it is now

RB943971444SG is a fake number. your seller applied this number from Singapore Post on April 15, but Singapore Post never actually got this parcel from shipper. You are very likely to be scammed.

If I were you, I will open dispute against fraud.
