How long does it take to update system for package tracking? Seller states package has already been departed and is in transit. Tracking number shows no package but it is ready to ship. It has been saying this for over a week or so now.

you need write tracking number to get help. From your tracking result, it seems that your seller has not shipped you anything yet. It might be a scam.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY103220799CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
