My package was hand over to airline on 04/10/2020 and then there is no tracking report . I want to know if it has reached America or how long it will take time to reach its destination country? Tracking # LY112704631CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY112704631CN was shipped from China to USA on April 9 . It is still in Hangzhou airport waiting for flight space to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives USA, you can use same tracking number LY112704631CN to track it in USPS website (www.usps.com).

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
