Hello! My package was shipped from China on the 11th of November 2018 and it still hasn’t arrived Norway. It says that the package is still ”on route”. This is almost two months ago and I think it’s a long time compared to that it says on your website that the maximum delivery time to Norway is 30 days. LM215849111CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LM215849111CN was shipped on Nov 11. Normally such epacket should arrive Norway in 2 to 4 weeks. It seems to be lost.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
