It says arriving today but it never comes, i ordered it a month ago, and its been in Zagreb for a week but nothing

Its been on arriving today for 4 days now, and it just keeps reseting each day

So, i ordered items on september 10, it came to Croatia, Zagreb on october 2, now its october 9, still nothing and from october 6 to today it says ariving today for each day
