CR915801767DE destination is Guangzhou or Hong Kong? The item is in Guangzhou customs waiting for the recipient to make import customs declaration. Destination is not Hong Kong.

CR915801767DE arrived Guangzhou on Aug 30. China Post have sent a customs clearance code to the recipient's mobile phone number after the parcel arrived Guangzhou. But so far the recipient has not made customs declaration. If recipient does not make customs declaration, China Post can not make delivery.

Is this parcel a return for refund? This might be the reason that recipient does not make customs declaration.

Yes, it is a return shipment from Germany. I paid for return shipping costs. But the customs must be explained to me or sent again.

The customs clearance code is sent to recipient's mobile phone number(if you printed that number in the parcel). Shipper won't get customs clearance code from China post. Shipper can not make import customs clearance.

Change that. Unfortunately, I did not receive this code by mobile phone number. Is there another way to pay customs clearance or customs costs? I also checked again, I really didn't get anything.
