My package UT234301813CN has been stuck since 2019-09-17 03:08 at
United States, arrived at [United States] secondary processing center. The last update on 2019-09-24 13:02 says Logistics order has been created. I have not seen any movement or change since then and the company that sold me the item has closed it's site so I can not contact them. If it's an issue of cost I could cover it but I really want my package.

UT234301813CN seems to be lost. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
